Basically our business involves the printing, manufacture, and ultimately tin tying of square bottom style paper bags. Industries we are involved in include (but not limited to) gourmet coffee, bakery, candy, gift, nuts, biscotti, and food mixes.
Our bag machines have the capability of making bags in either a one , two, or three-ply construction. Standard size range from approx. 3 3/8 x 2 1/2 x 7 3/4 up to 6 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 16 1/2. Custom printing is done using a flexographic six color press.
The materials we use for the outer ply are usually natural tan , white kraft, or white claycoat. Liners are glassine or assorted polypropylenes, depending on your
product needs. Optional features include putting a window on the face of the bag, and tin ties on the top for reclosing.
In addition to supplying custom prints, we also have a stock program. These range from a 1/2# coffee bag up to a 5# coffee bag, as well as a few window bags In the 1/2# to 1# range these are stocked in both natural and white claycote with either glassine or polypro liners. In the 2# to 5# range, they are only stocked in natural with polypro liner. We also stock two sizes of white window bags and one size in natural tan. Tin ties can be applied to any bag. |
